Even if you could it wouldn't do you any good. Need to try the McKinley campaign. Most if not all of the Bryan money is saterical and biased against Bryan's positions on monetary policy.

I know that, but if I had said "contact the McKinley campaign" I would have had to explain why and puzzled some people, I was being lazy.image

    BTW - I collect 1896 and 1900 campaign items.

Hey, can you guys give me a quick education on Bryan money?

Know of any online sites about it, especially with pics? Which are the pieces you are looking for, if any in particular? What are the average prices?

I finally made it out to the coin store in Bisbee (AZ) and damn! they are good!! They've got a massive selection of every type of money from every era and every part of the world! While I was lurking the boards the other day (which I'm now reduced to since I haven't had any decent coin purchases in months!) I caught this thread and it stuck in my head as something to look for.. well, at this shop in Bisbee on one tray there were at least half a dozen pieces of Bryan money! I was shocked!

Contact info for the shop is below if you'd like to contact them directly, otherwise let me know what you're looking for and I'll be happy to do the footwork for you (if for some reason he can't give pics I'll go down with my camera if you want image ):

    Bisbee Coin & Paper
    Proprietor: Gary Brown (nice guy)
    Phone: 520 432 1880
    Email: Gary@BisbeeCoinandPaper.com
    Fax: 520 432 1881
Mail: PO Box G, Bisbee, AZ 85603
If you're in the area, it's 76 Main St (at the top of the main drag)

This is my new favorite store!

Thanks, spoon. I gave him a ring and what he has available now duplicates what I have at present. You are correct in that he is a REALLY nice guy and a hoot to talk to about coins!
