    Who? Who?

    Athletic Directors who realize that these bowls gaurantee them more money compared to a playoff system...that's who.

    Actually, its more on the shoulders of university presidents than ADs.

    That being said, I think that a playoff system could be had, keeping the money for the schools and the bowls if they somehow used the bowls as the format for a playoff.
