1979 Canadian proof-like silver dollar, depicting the Griffon:

1987 Canadian silver dollar marking the 400th anniversary of Jon Davis'
exploration of Baffin Island, the Davis Strait and the Gulf of Cumberland,

The "Bluenose", from 2000 Canadian transportation series:

Next is the U. S. coin from a 2000 U.S./Icelandic joint venture -
Leif Ericson Millennium Commemorative proof silver two-coin set.
They are each 90% silver and 10% alloy:

Here is the 1999 Canadian/Norwegian collaborative effort, "The Vikings and the
Vinland Voyages", to commemorate the arrival of the Vikings in North American 1,000 before.
Both coins are struck on Norwegian blanks and cointain 81% copper, 9% nickel and 10% zinc.
The Canadian $5 coin reverse shows Viking ship approaching L'Anse-aux-Meadows.
The Norwegian 20 Krone coin reverse shows Bow of a Viking ship:

I haven't counted my fleet yet, Shipcoin. I'm still working on getting my coins organized and stored in containers using silicon gel so they don't get
damaged!
