Please help with a submission problem

I just noticed in my haste to get my submission out by Friday's deadline, I left out the top page of my submission form. It has the 1st 18 cards of my submission on it. Can anyone give me advice as to what I should do? Thanks--Jason

I am assuming you had more than one page. Not to worry, call PSA and explain, they will be helpful and then fax them the top sheet.

Yes, the submission was four or five pages. I just printed page one (which has 18 lines) multiple times and renumbered the lines on subsequent pages. All my info is still on the second page, but it just starts up at line #19. Thanks for the help.
