Probally wouldn't grade at PCGS though... date and MM have to be visible... otherwise, it'd be a PO-01

It's gradable. I'd slab it. Perfect PO-01

I think that as long as you can tell the date, which in this case you can...the numerals are a little more visible with coin in hand, it could be graded. I don't believe that there is mint mark on the Philadelphia issue of this date.
