EOR toned looking Walker....NT or AT?....Would PCGS bag it?

I bought this SEGS graded Walker from Braddick quite some time ago. Please give your honest opinions AT or NT? Would it fly at PCGS or drop like a Led Zeppelin?

Well, after adjusting the color balance I would say AU 58 and Questionable Toning.

It can. The coin looks AU 58 to me due to the color change on the head following down the high point to the feet.

nwcs...It does look like wear, but actually Liberty's leg or skirt is just lacking toning in that area. The obverse has great luster while the reverse is deeply toned with some underlying luster.
