Wanted: Bell Brands FB and BB, Chiefs regionals especially those ugly milk cards, Coke caps, Topps and Fleer inserts and test issues from the 60's. 1981 FB Rack pack w/ Jan Stenerud on top.
I would gladly pay Ebay a 2% commision if they were to start a fraud detection/prevention dept. and prosecute the scammers. I'm sure with all the listings on Ebay it would pay for itself and they would be providing a quality service to there clients.

If you look at what else he is selling you will see "unopened" material and vending boxes...
