Storing/Displaying Graded cards

Howdy all. I was wondering how people store or display their graded cards. I bought some Ultra Pro PSA holders, but they are about a half inch thick and can only fit 4 or 5 pages in a binder. I'd need twenty binders to store my cards from just one set, plus the pages are pretty expensive. Are there any thinner pages or flimsy pages made to fit PSA slabs so they don't slide around? I've tried the Ultra Pro 6 card widevision pages, but they split open...just too tight. Right now I have about 300 graded cards sitting in 5 stacks in the corner and would like to put them in binders of some sort that won't take over the room and make them easier to enjoy. Any suggestions or product recommendations please.

  • I have some stored in 4 pocket pages with 5 pages per binder. Cheap 1 inch white from Office Depot. works okay and pretty cheap compared to other options.

  • I hold all of my graded cards in taller "shoebox" boxes, bought from a local card store. I'm not sure what they hold, but I've got all my graded 57's in one (approximately 100 cards) with quite a bit of room to spare.
As far as displaying, I'm worried about a few things...one is light. I think there were several threads on this topic many months ago. Sunlight will damage the card, as will regular, indoor lighting. I'd prefer not to have my nice cards faded. And from what I remember, it doens't take long for this process to ruin cards.
The last time I showed my cards, I just yanked the shoeboxes out and let them look thru those.

I use the Top Loader storage boxes that you can pick up at
your local card shop for $3. I remove the dividers within the box
and it stores 282 graded (3 rows) PSA cards perfectly. Works for me.
  • I just bought two custom MJRoop Archiver binders and I am excited to see how they look. Since I am building a player basic set, right now I only need three so I already purchased Vol. I and Vol. II. When I get them I will post pictures. They will be black with gold lettering, will say PSA Graded accross the top, Carlton Fisk down the spline with #27 on the first Vol. and #72 on the rest. They say they will hold 6 Ultra Pro pages per book.
