new twist on avoiding auction fees?

"...Add nineteen dollars for shipping, handling, insurance and advertising..."
Just saw this in an auction for a coin. The coin is lised at $1000, but over-priced and won't sell in my opinion. However, what do you think the seller is referring to as "advertising"?? Is this a way to have you pick up the tab for listing fees? Anyone see something like this before?

It's sad that there are sellers that include such things in their listings.

Note in his payment instructions "Refund is allowed only for purchase price." You return it, and you get a refund of 1 cent!

That tactic is called "fee avoidance" by eBay and is against their rules. Doing this will get that seller booted if someone reports him.
