Anyone else having problems logging on?

I renewed my membership to include viewing population reports (why I pay for this I don't know) and have been unable to get into them. I keep getting the "you are not subscribed to this feature" but my CC has been charged. Usually I am able to access them right away. I tried calling PSA but it says that their office is closed (even though their hours are posted as 9:00 to 5:00 PT). What gives? Anyone else have site problems???
