Who is FBorelli on the PSA Registry (71Toppsman on Ebay?)

I am 15 cards away from completing my 1964 Topps set in PSA 8 and according to his PSA Registry listing, he has 13 of these cards. I want to contact him to see if he were willing to sell/trade the cards that I am looking for.

Any help is appreciated.

  • I've bought a ton of raw '61 Topps from Fred, and find him to be a pretty ethical guy with accurate grading and fast shipping. He also sells a ton of stuff on Ebay from time to time (he's got a whole '61 set up there right now, card by card), so I'd guess he's probably overwhelmed with emails from people.

I have seen his auctions. He gets SMR and above on his graded cards and his raw cards usually go for a premium. He does not stop his auctions early.
  • He generally gets a premium for his raw cards because they are generally accurately graded. Sometimes one grade too high, but generally close to PSA standards. I purchased a bunch of raw 1971 Topps cards from him a while back. Recently, I sent two of them (e.g., #720 Alou and #711 Stahl, see below) to PSA for grading and received back PSA 8s.

I've had a similar experience with his raw 71s. Accurately graded. From what I can recall offhand, I purchased a raw Sal Bando advertised as NM-MT that came back from PSA as an 8. A good seller.
