Why in the world do people put these type of pictures in an ebay auction listing??

I see these kind of pictures frequently, and it baffles me.....

    I'm confused, those aren't as bad as some I've seen, you know, the ones that look like distant planets.

    Yeah, that ain't bad at all. You can actually tell what it is.

    Usually somebody shoots a digicam pic from the roof of their house, and you can vaguely see some little discs on the ground. Is it a coin? Is it an Oreo cookie? Who knows?

    Not too bad a pic for a dog. You can at least see the problems. Seems like that's the goal to me. image

    That picture is fine. They even state that it is in "good" condition. The ones I have are the pictures where they state MS63 but the photo is so blurry, you can't even tell if it is the same series.
