Is there a book that tells how to grade coins?

I have my first raw coin lot (nickels) on ebay. I just re-read my auction and they sound worse than they really are. I don't know how to assign a grade or even give a guess. So instead I described each one in detail and I wouldn't bid on them. At least I have one bid though. I also plan to list lots of raw dimes, quarters, and halves and would like to know how to make them sound better without misleading a customer.
Thanks.

There are lots of books. Photograde, ANA Grading Guide, PCGS Guide to Coin Grading And Counterfeit Detection to name a few.

The first two Russ mentioned are what I would recommend, particularly the ANA grading guide.

I used to find the ANA Grading Guide in coin shops, but I haven't seen it in awhile. I gave mine to somebody overseas as a gift and have been wanting to replace it. Any ideas where I can get one?
