Just looked at this 1909 S-VDB MS66RD, looking at the bidder list looks like shill bidding to me! E bay item# 3948694358. $8100 to $10,0000 by bidders with ZERO feedback!

He bid till he hit the reserve. Looks to me like it was as simple as that. First winning bid I made on ebay was for a pf67 Walking Liberty Half. I guess I was lucky the seller didn't cancel me out. That was in 1999, since then I have had between 300 and 400 transactions as a seller and buyer.

Looks ok to me, although if I was the seller I'd be nervous as heck to send such a coin to a guy with 0 feedback.
