Double Crackhead Washington Quarter

Attached are pics (one of each side of the coin, and another with a closeup of the crackheads) of an unusual coin I found in a coinshops bargain bin the other day. At first glance I thought the coin had a large scratch on both Washingtons and the Eagles Heads. Upon closer examination it turns out that both scratches are raised lines, probably due to die cracks which are coincidentally on both Washingtons and the Eagles Heads. The coin is practically mark free other than the cracks and has really nice luster. What do you think of this coin? What kind of grade would such a coin get? Thanks, in advance, for any feedback.

I don't know what type of grade you may expect, but I can tell you, as a long time collector of Washington quarters, that those are the two most common places to have dramatic cracks on this issue.
