Is this one of them Russhaired Kennedys? (Possible Pointy 9 Pics added)

I stopped by a coinshop last week and checked out their proof sets. They had a 64 with what looks like one of them Russ Haired Kennedy. Unfortunately, it also came complete with Milk-spots (I assume no-one has yet found a cure for these cursed afflictions). I went ahead and bought it anyway since it was cheap and it was the first time I'd ever found one in a proof set. Is this really one? Thanks.

Don't forget to look for a pointed 9 dime - they are often found with the AH Kennedys.

The dimes 9 does look pointy. Is there any kind of premium associated with this?
