I need some help guys. I am trying to complete Cardinal team sets. Right now, I am working on 1961 to 1963 Post Cereal. I just bought a complete 63 Post team set minus Flood for $46 on Ebay. I thought that was a pretty good deal, especially since the Gibson SMR's for $210 in a NM. Now, here is the kicker. I didn't realize that it booked that high until I alreay had the cards and looked it up.

Question #1 - why is there a Buy It Now auction on Ebay for $8.00 on the Gibson? Am I missing something? Here is the link. 1963 Post Gibson

There is also two completed auctions that went for under $10.00. What am I missing? If the Gibson SMR's for $210, then it stands to reason that they would go for way more than $10.00.

Question #2 - I had to go all the way back to December 2003 (Lebron James) SMR to find 62 and 63 Post. All SMR's since then only list 1961 Post. Why is that?

I believe the PSA guide is in error... the 63 Post card of Gibson is worth very little, especially compared to the almost identical 1963 Jell-o card, which would be much more in-line with the price quoted in SMR, and still posted on SMR Online. The Gibson auction you referenced for $8, that card is nearly worthless with the borders all cut off. PSA won't grade them unless they have all 4 borders present, otherwise, they are just slabbed as authentic.
