Opinions requested: Should this Morgan be submitted?

A long day at the loop. This is my last post for tonight I expect.
I came across this 1878 rev 79 in my stack of coins bought and not examined. I read this as a possible MS 65. The reverse is weak; I have included a closeup of the breast detail. The coin is very attractive with gold tone around the obverse rim, my camera does not pick that up well.
So, in MS 65 this coin is worth the submission fee. Even in 64 the coin is worth some money. So opinions requested. If the recommendation is to submit I will do so and post the grade when it was received.

Thanks
mishanded by a previous owner who seems to have dipped it and then rubbed off the water with a dirty towel.
Or thrown in back in a plastic roll of 20 lower end unc. coins. You have to remember that uncirculated does not mean
Mint State (the current condition). Regardless-- the best you could do is MS 61/2 due to the lines on the cheek.
