When you buy a Box of SAE's from the mint are the indivual (rolls) tubes sealed?

Just curious as I have ordered some rolls and want to know what to expect?

    Everyone I have seen had a piece of scotch tape over the top, but I'm not sure if the dealer did that or the mint.

    In either case, it's note a secure situation.

    No tape. I have seen a box opened on Shop At Home. The rolls are not sealed. Many people put tape on the rolls to help keep the cover in place.
