I am also bored. I guessed 63. Seems a bit marky, but it could be that the superb photography shows too much. Would not be surprised if it is 64. Anything higher would surprise me.
Family, kids, coins, sports (playing not watching), jet skiing, wakeboarding, Big Air....no one ever got hurt in the air....its the sudden stop that hurts. I hate Hurricane Sandy. I hate FEMA and i hate the blasted insurance companies.

That's why it is still in the old slab, and probably will be for some time. With the new grading rates, it simply isn't worth the fees. And this coin would definitely go 64 today, no question about it.
Boy I'm only 9 for 13 because of this obvious attempt to show a lock 64 with a fake insert pasted over the real grade!!! Nice coin K6---and even nicer at a 63 price!

K6, I thought you might already know this, but in case not, you can use your first quarter freebee on this coin since 1879 is a prime number!

Yeah, except I don't have a Collector's Club membership, and with their new fees I'm not going to get one.
Anything I have that really needs to go to PCGS now will go through a dealer. Their new rates, when you figure in shipping both ways, just don't make sense on coins that would go economy.
Ya know something (I had voted MS64 btw).....reading the last few comments, a little bulb just went off in my head. Everyone is talking about how coins are in a bubble right now and a lot are rising too high too quickly. Then, people are wondering when the bubble will burst and prices drop. Well, higher prices from PCGS (and NGC will likely follow since they aren't likely to let pure profits go away) will mean that when a dealer/collector wants to sell the coin, they will want to recoup the extra slabbing fees as well.
That will keep/drive the price up a little bit more for the coins as well. Hmmmmm.....PCGS driving numismatic inflation..... (btw...include me in the club that no longer has a PCGS membership and cost was a big factor of that........I need to see about submitting through the ebay thing and maybe doing a handful onsite at FUN....maybe with NGC though)

If he uses it on his quarterly freebee, maybe.

I thought I was the only one crashing the party without a signed and notorized invitation. What a relief!

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
