Not only that, but somebody named Gerald Forsythe just put up the HIGHEST ALL-TIME Buffalo set to boot!

Looks like GF has purchased the TM set? He is also in the number 2 spot. (same email for both #1 and #2 collections) The set that I am the agent for has moved up to #5 from about the #7 spot.

Not sure what Tom McCarroll sold his set for I'm sure it must be near the 2million mark.

Tom told me this summer that the Illinois collector had 8 million into his Buffalo Nickel collection so I'm sure he must have received at least that if he sold all 5 sets that is.image

That must have been a lot of fun, to take his sets, and then Tom's, and go through them all picking out the best coin of each date to go into his #1 set!

By the way, I wonder if there is someone out there who collects specifically 1927-d or 1927 coins in top grade, as 27-d is the only coin Forsythe needs that has a pop of more than 1, and also Stewart has said an ms66rd 27-d Lincoln is the coin he has been looking for the most.
