Already I have been outbid on 1 Eddie

Well, I put up my max bid on a PCGS 65 02 Eddie florin and have been outbid already. Thats okay, because I bid what the coin was worth to me. I was just trying to add another high end to my 1902 florin hoard. Still in the runnig on another Eddie. But it looks like these pieces in the Heritage auction are going to do strong money.

I think the prices are going to be astronomical for the British silver. The pieces are outstanding and few of similar quality are apt to come up in the foreseeable future.

Yeah, pretty strong estimates for the British material in this auction. And what is not in the auction is interesting also. Even at these prices it appears that not many want to part with better date Edward VII silver (shillings up), '28 and later Wreath Crowns, Vickie YH Halfcrowns and William IV silver.
  • There is allot of nice goodies in the HWCA, I have been drooling over the catalog for a bit now....image
