Submission Packaging for Dummies

Has a Submission Packaging for Dummies ever been created by the Submission Vetrans? Something that details the process from start to finish, from putting the coins into the flips to packing the box for mailing?

I've made a search through the PCGS Website and the Message Boards, but there seems to be no "start to finish" instructions.

Coins in labelled flips, flips in coinworld mailers, coinworld mailers in envelope or box.

Either is fine, just be sure to list the invoice number on each one.

Should the label on the flip include both the Invoice Number and Coin Number (as listed on the submission form)?

Excellent, I was hoping for an answer like this. I've been holding off joining until I was sure it was time to submit something.

You only need to put the coin number on the invoice. On the flips, the invoice number only.

Sorry I was wrong on the coin #.
I was thinking line #.
I put the invoice and line # on the label that is on the flip.
