Best way to complain about PO thiefs?

What's the best way to file a complaint concerning post office employees that steal items being mailed through those stand alone post office boxes? I have two stand alone mail boxes in the back of our large office park and I have strong suspicions the guy picking up the mail working alone is the culprit. Do these complaints get a hearing or investigated? Are they just ignored with a form letter from the postmaster?

Are your items being stolen?
Watch him to see if he sorts thru the mail or packages and if he does videotape it and report him.

Mail your items somewhere else. Take them directly to the post office.

From my experience with the Post Office, you will not be able to get them do anything about this. The best option would be catching the guy on video; then the police department should have some interest in this, and should be able to prosecute.

Other than mentioned above, protect yourself. Mail the items elsewhere, preferably at the Post Office.

He pulls the mail out of the the stand alone mailbox puts them in a bucket and he goes into a large truck and he can't be videotaped. It might also be in the receiving end ? so I can't pinpoint it but I will complain and file the forms to keep the USPS aware.

Ask him about it up front with a microcasette recorder in your pocket. I would report to other than post ofc. I feel it would not get handled properly.
