Something to commend PSA about!

Okay, i know i've come down kinda hard on PSA in earlier posts, so today will give credit where it's due. I recently bought a PSA-graded Bazooka panel on eBay, which had the wrong YEAR typed up on the label. In fact, when you type in the certification number, the CORRECT year is displayed. So i called PSA about it, and was told to send it in, filling out a submission form, checking "other" and put the words "mechanical error" there. I got the guy's name i spoke to, and he said to address it to his attention. The best part is that they're going to do this at NO CHARGE to me. I'm only "out" the cost to mail it in--they even pay the return postage. Of course i believe this is the way it OUGHT to be, but it's refreshing to be able to say something GOOD about them, after some negative experiences.
