why isn't there a 3000 hits registery

Psa has a 500 HR registery why not a 3000 hits registery. I'm thinking of requesting it. But I want to put a twist on it instead of rookie cards, why not cards form when they hit there 3000th.

I am collecting rookies of players in the 500 home run, 3000 hit and 300 win club. I think those are the landmark milestone stats for hitters and pitchers. Of course, i collect them not for the sake of putting them up on registry. Several of the cards i do have for these collections are PSA graded, but not all of them.
