OT - Stupid question!!!

Sorry for such a dumb question.

Do you guys find it easier to have messages in ascending order or decending order?

I find that when I read a message of the first time that descending order is best. But when I review a thread in which I already posted to, then ascending order seem to work best.

Is there any consensus on which works best overall?
