Adding spaces to the PSA submission form

I know this has been discussed before. How do you add more than 25 spaces to the submission form. I have done it before, but this time I must be missing something.

Thanks,

Don

  • 25? My forms only have 20 lines on them. I read an earlier thread where someone had a similar question, and the advice given was to continue onto a 2nd form--and cross out the form number on the 2nd form, and write the SAME number as the first form on it. Then resume the number count on the 2nd form where you left off from the first form. I just did this myself, so hopefully it's right!
  • Steve is correct. Another way is to contact some of our more computer literate board members (Virtuallizard comes to mind). Some have created spreadsheets that mirror the PSA submission form. All you have to do is download a submission form and either continue the numbering on the spreadsheet, or just right the number on the top of spreadsheet and use that has submission form.
There are also a few threads regarding this topic. Check thread history and you will find the board members who will email you the spreadsheet for free.

  • Don,

I got it to work the way I described it in this thread:

No issues whatsoever with my last submission...Let me know if you need any help on putting together a form. Good luck.
