Q. about the $5. modern grading special

Does anyone know if there are any restrictions on this grading special for autographed cards (i'm talking about ones that were ISSUED with the autograph--i.e. 2000 Fleer Greats of the Game). Looking at PSA's web site and reading the rules, i see no restrictions, so assume these can be submitted along with any other regular issue. Is this a correct assumption?

Card CO issued 1998 and later is fine.
