1991 lincoln struck though grease?

i got an odd 91 lincoln. i can read 199 and a very very light 1. i cant read the "IN" very light"GOD" we is ok "Trust" is very weak. L and I are weak on LIBERTY. the rim is strong and the rest is ok no circle wear marks? is this struck through grease?

By a filled die, I mean that grease or some other substance adhered to the die and partially obliterated the planchets it struck, resulting in the weak feature(s) you describe ...

i know the 47s-49s are common filled dies what about later ones like these. are they common also?
