Looks good to me as far as the guarantee, if i won the auction i would print that page so i would have it in writing. Pretty coin, don`t know what it would grade though.
If you can read this, your too close.

I just bid on it but was too late. Perhaps it is for the best. He guaranteed it was genuine but who knows if a reputable company would slab it as is or if there were hairlines galore. Oh well...
Dont bother with buying raw coins on EBAY which, if the way they are described is true, are worth much more than the selling price. If you think for one moment that someone is going to sell a 3000 dollar and up proof morgan dollar for 1500 dollars, you are sadly mistaken. This coin is not real or it has some real problems which limit its value to well below 1500 dollars. this person is not going to lose money on this coin, the buyer will though! Stay away!
In an insane society, a sane person will appear to be insane.
count the denticles - a proof has 2 more than a business strike. This coin was up for auction about a month ago- claimed it as a pr65 then- same coin different pics.
My concern is that the money-back guarantee says "If you send this in to ANACS, NGC, PCGS, PCI, or SEGS and they tell you it's not genuine you get 100% of your money back plus shipping plus up to 50 bucks for the grading of the coin."
What if it slabs, but not as a proof? Or it gets bodybagged for altered surfaces? A bodybag doesn't mean the coin isn't genuine, does it?
That could be messy.

Mr. Feld, I hang my head in shame. Just frustrated that I can't attend the FUN show where I can grab up goodies galore. Hate that impulse buying (for garbage)
Guys, guys, guys......Let me ask you this: If you had this coin, it was genuine, you're an ebay seller with 1,000 feedbacks (mostly coins), and you know the "bay of e" auction game, wouldn't you spend the $30 to have it authenticated/slabbed/graded at PCGS?
'Nuff said - It's a problem coin, even if genuine.

The seller guraranteed it was genuine, but did not gurantee the grade. As others stated, that coin is a polished POS, but the gurantee would have been "satisfied" if it was a genuine polished POS. Very misleading. It was fortuitous for Gemini that he "missed out" on this one.

See ya on the other side, Dudes.
I always ask myself this question: Why is this coin not in a slab?
You have to figure there would be at least double the bids on this coin if it was slabbed.
I would not bid on it unless it was sight seen.
Must my uneducated opinion,
