I just got an e-mail TODAY for a submission which was already processed AND RETURNED to me on Nov. 4--about 7 WEEKS AGO!!!! The message said it was computer-generated, and not to reply to it! Another example of the fine service i have come to know and expect for PSA! Let's see..at this rate, the submission i just made yesterday should yield an e-mail sometime next February!

If you're that unhappy with PSA..why are you submitting to them??
Or are you just trolling around trying to stir up trouble?

Mainly because PSA-graded cards are WORTH more; there's also the PSA set registry. It gives me no pleasure to complain about negative experiences with them; but unfortunately the negative experiences far out-number the positive ones. I could tell you about cards that they have damaged, and other things. This e-mail thing was just a minor annoyance and no big deal. From experiences that others have related, i'm not alone. I think other customers should know about experiences, both good and bad. Perhaps the head honchos at PSA will read these experiences, and try to improve their service, from which we can ALL benefit.

How was he supposed to know that PSA would take 7+ weeks to acknowledge receipt, before actually submitting to PSA?

Or are you just trolling around trying to stir up trouble?"
Brother! What a remark and so hypocritical.
Way to go Steve!!! Why is it when anyone points out an inadequacy or a shortcoming out on these boards, they are accused of beng a troll. "So, what's the point," you ask me. The point is, Steve made a good point! And if someone from PSA is reading this, then they will, as part of their job, take note and strive to fix it.
