Submission question

Hello all, I have a question.

I submitted 46 cards under the same service (registry special). I needed 3 forms to complete this. ONE of the submission numbers has been entered into the system by PSA. The other two have not. Would PSA consider all three forms THE SAME submission number being that they were all of the same service level???
AND, would this effect the shipping costs? I figured on paying 3 seperate shipping totals (one for each form). Would PSA instead charge the cost for 46 cards in one shipping charge?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated, BEER with me fellas! I am still new at this image

    softparade, If these were all for the same service level , what you need to do is change the invoice numbers on the 2nd 2 pages to be the same as that on the first page. Then you renumber the line numbers on the 2nd 2 pages so they're a continuation of the first page (21-40) on page 2, (41-46) on page 3. The shipping charges can all be combined as if it's one submission.

    The above is ONLY if it is all the same service level and 1 order. The fact you have to itemize on 3 seperate forms does not matter.

    Rereading your post leads me to think that PSA did indeed treat it as one order. You may have to contact them to have additional shipping refunded to you.

    Yep, I'm an idiot, and I thought I read everything possible regarding this in the FAQ's. Serves me right for not starting this thread BEFORE submission.

    Anyway, THANKS! for the reply. I will call PSA tomorrow to try and straighten this out.

    Dave is right on the money. If you paid three separate shipping fees, call them tommorrow and I'm sure they'll fix it for you. You can submit as many cards as you want using one submission number, as long as the service level is the same. Just cross out the number on the submission form and make them sequential, or use a spreadsheet to make it easier.

    UPDATE .... PSA did treat all three pages as one submission (December Special) plus charged me the correct amount of shipping. I called, as it turns out, did not need to. I won't make that mistake again. image

    Since I am an idiot newbie as a submitter, I wrote "Set Registry Special" all over the shipping box. Which of course should have read "December Special" I found this out on the phone too. I really don't care how long the turn around takes, I just hope they don't think I was trying to cut the line imageimage
