found in change - Double Die?

I was going through some change this morning and noticed this quarter.Now im not sure exactly what is considered DD as what i thoguht is a double die always seems not to be....Well whats your opinion?

It's got too much lighting on it but based on what I see, looks like strike doubling.

At best it's die deterioration doubling. It's definitely not a doubled die.

I don't see anything, but if there is anything to be seen, I'll bet it's strike doubling.
