1964 Proof Set question

Do all of the 1964 Proof Set have printed in the lower left corner "1964 - P.C." Reason I ask is I purchased one off the Bay and it was touted as original and unopened. I received it and it does not have "1964 - P.C., instead it just has "12" and someone wrote below that in ink "1964 P.C.". Personally I believe the set was opened and it is now in a different envelope. What do you think?

    If it doesn't look like this, I think you got taken. But if the coins are nice, you can always buy a new envelope on eBay for a couple of bucksimage

    Yea, thats the way it should look and this one doesn't. The seller must have already switch the envelope... lol. Guess he'll take it back after I look at the coins. I haven't opened it yet.

    SOME sellers would have you believe the year is not on the envelope,i dont think that is true !
