I am back but are the PQ coins on the market or not?

I thought every coin being sold was PQ? You know the old rule that if you sell it it's PQ but if you're haggling to buy it, it's a low end for grade?

The PQ coins are out there, you just have to do alot of hunting to find them at a fair price.
