How is a pcgs submission like a lottery ticket?

I recently sent in two submissions. Each were six coins one was regular the other economy.
The regular submission went six days over so they are sending me six vouchers for free
regular submissions. My cost for the regular submissions is now cut in half to equal the
economy submission. Except the coins were received much sooner.
Perhaps when pcgs turnaround time is long you should take a chance on a regular
submission.

I may even split the dozen coins into two shipments. Costs me more for return shipping, but it would be like buying a second lottery ticket.
