State quarters toning in mint mini bags??

Has anyone opened any of those mint mini bags from a couple of years ago to find that the coins tone or don't tone?

If you mean the $25 bag, yes.
I bought a couple of the mixed '99-'00 bags and opened 1.

Yes, some of the quarters did/are toning.
No, nothing really cool like multi-colors, etc. Just some bag toning, etc.

About how long before the toning sets in? any chance for colorful toning like with Morgans?

Not likely to look like morgans since nickel has a different reaction than silver. But occassionally you can find nice ones.
