Here's a start. The prices are a bit high, you can find them cheaper, but it has a nice list of the weights and some decent pictures. gold

  • It depends on what you are looking for - common date XF and low grade unc world gold is easy enough to come by and fairly reasonably priced in most cases. But if you desire higher grade unc coins - that's a whole other world.

  • Friedberg's gold coins of the world, is an excellent resource, last edition was 2003, hardcover.

Naturally my contributions will be shopping related...

Bullion: ajpm.com, scpm.com, tulving.com (for much higher volumes)
Cool Coins: Steinbergs.com and Coinvault.com (this is Clark Smith, the web address is unfortunate, and as far as I know, has nothing to do
    with any television shows)

Thank you all very much, more on this topic soon, I just made it home from a long trip image

    Thanks for the leads,

I've verified that he has no connection to the infamous TV Coinvault.image (Reasonable prices on Japanese gold when he has any.)
