    Why's that??
  • Because Sunday is the highest volume listing day. eBay has free listing days on days where they feel that the amount of new listings will be very low.
  • Well I think we will find out in about 10 minutes if you are correct.

Low vol. of new listing... Friday?
    RIP Snow
  • Well it's after 12:00am PST and no announcement so I guess I can take Sunday off! image
  • Nothing as of 630 am, west coast time
  • No FLD today, Sunday is one of their highest volume listing days anyway. If there is one it will be Monday or Tuesday.

  • how has the free listing day worked in the past ?
was it limited to any price range ?
or only .99 cent auctions ?
i'm assuming anything else cost extra (reserve, buy it now, extra pictures, etc)
  • I see they listed a 10c 1-day listing day tomorrow. hopefully they still toss us a bone with the FREE Day.

I don't recall what the limits (if any) on the FREE starting prices... i THINK 9.99 and under. But reserves, 10-days, bold, highlights, etc are still extra.

the only information that i found on this, is that the .10c day is for the Canadian ebay site
  • i thought i read it was for ebay.com, ebay.ca, and ebaymotors.com

i'll start by listing one item tomorrow, and see what (how much) happens
  • image I am ready for the FREE day now... got over 700 listings thusfar and am cleaning house and adding more as long as it takes to have that day. lol

This is probably all they are giving this year. 10 cents is still a pretty good deal for auction style.
Even at 700 items, that's only $70 in listing fees. But you can start the items at whatever price you'd like.

eBay is big enough now where people list anyhow. Unless they go in the toilet, I don't expect a truly free day again for a long while.

    Best of luck! Jeremy

  • Sounds like that is the free/cheap day for the year. oh well... $70 is better than $400+ I guess. image

although I guess i can raise some of the minimums now.
