All the Seated Dollars are blurred in the shield area where the diagnostic die gouge is on the Chinese counterfeirs.
Someone needs to contact his local Police Dept. This is outright intentional fraud.

There are other diagnostics for these coins Ray that he didn't blur, and they are clearly counterfeit coins. I've reported them to eBay under the ANA guidelines.
