A New Registry Set: Basic Design, No Gold Type Set

Decided to start a Registry Set, the Basic Design, No Gold, Type Set image Figured it was a good excuse to get some of those coins I've always wanted, but never had a good excuse to get them image Started out with some basic coins I had laying around... they might get upgraded, but I doubt it, because they come from a friend image And the coins are good enough as they are image Just added a pretty Toned Roosie and a 64PL Morgie image Two coins I've been wanting to add to my collections image Photos will be going up as I complete them image

That's nice toning on the reverse of the Roosevelt Dime.

Ya got me beat already! I'm dead last ranked in thatset with 92% complete (missing the Buffalo Nickel, Rosy Dime, and Sac $1)....with any luck, I'lladd the Buff and Rosy in a couple of months, get to 97% complete and just wait for a Sac. Course, my average grade is only a 1.30 so finding a low grade Sac is goin to take a LOOOOOOOOONG while I suspect.......

Congrads on the "new" set - type coins are a lot of fun!

  • Hey Craig... I'm thinkin you're best bet for a really low grade Buffalo would be a Type 1 1913, right? Since the coin is identifiable without the date... image
