How in the heck does this happen?

So I sent in 2 submissions- one was received on the 3rd of December and the other on the 6th. I had another one that went in and received on the 22nd. I just got the grades back today for the one on the 22nd! It was the larger of the 3 orders! What would cause some bull crap like that?!?! I guess they are not working tomorrow to call and ask them why huh?

Well, if your experience is like mine, I'd guess you got your lightning grades on the $5 no-promises special while your $12 five-day specials went by slow boat to the satellite grading facility in the Seychelles.

Edited so I don't end up in the same gulag as Vargha.

No crap! That just makes no freakin sense....then on top of that I know that one of the cards I sent in was a 9...maybe a 10 and it came back an 8. I wonder about the handling of the cards sometimes....but this validates my frustration with that and the "level of service". Funny thing also is that about 3 months ago I sent in an email that actually needed an answer and guess what....still no answer! WOW! This is freakin awesome customer service!

Woops....I messed up on the post. PSA received the order on the 16th of December and posted the grades on the 22nd. Sorry about that....but still it makes no sense.
