Why is this border so like weird?

How can this card be possible? See the right hand side? There is a border on the lower, but towards the top it has disappeared? WEIRD

    The border is there, image

    the Pirates logo goes over to the edge

    your example goes even further then mine

    If part of the printed card is cut off, even if it's a bad design by Topps rather than the normal miscut situation, how can it grade 7 with no qualifier?

    JR I think maybe that the above Groat is 70/30 side by side and that still tech qualifies as psa 7? The logo on the 55 Groat card is so far over that even 50/50 centering you only get a sliver of white...

    Yeah, the overall border is OK, but the Pirate logo is chopped right off on the shown PSA 7. I realize this is Topps screwing up with its design on that card, but shouldn't that mean very few Groats could grade well? I'd think the entire printed area would have to be intact (even if OC in the other direction) to escape the MC qualifier.

    I dunno....my example appears 45/55 and that got me the full logo
    that tells me that a 50/50 side to side wont get a full logo.
