Need help with GEORGE III token atribution-LINK ADDED

OK, I know it's not a Conder token, but can one of you anglophiles please give me some help in atributing this token? The inscription reads:"In memory of the good old days." Thanks image

    My best guess is a counting token or gaming token.

    I agree with ajaan - made to resemble a spade guinea, used as a gaming token. They can be found on eBay with some regularity.

    I have one similar to that. I don't know what "good old days" they're referring to, but I suspect it has something to do with that little rebellion by those colonists.

    Jester is right, but I can't remember the exact story. Either it was struck by emigrated Loyalists or was a "complaint" about how the new government was(n't) doing.

    I am going to have to by the book on these things. Even though I know the book costs more than 100 of the tokens would, for some reason they are really interesting to me!
