In concurrance with the previous opinions, it's the real thing. NT all the way.
Even if you know it isn't, it still passes the test as NT.
"Lenin is certainly right. There is no subtler or more severe means of overturning the existing basis of society(destroy capitalism) than to debauch the currency. The process engages all the hidden forces of economic law on the side of destruction, and it does it in a manner which not one man in a million is able to diagnose." John Marnard Keynes, The Economic Consequences of the Peace, 1920, page 235ff
I just sent several nearly identical pieces to PCGS . . . should be back (yeah) around the end of January (2005). They came directly from a deal at a local shop . . . set from 38-61 in an old album. I got most of them . . . super original bullseyes. I'll post grades when received.
Nice pics . . .and forget the buyer's remorse (seriously). If you liked it at the time . . .and saw something which made you 'pay up' for the piece, go with your first instinct. When it comes time to sell (if it does) . . . a buyer will have the same positive feelings. Buy on eye appeal . . . you did right.
