So has PCGS officially stopped the email notifications when submissions are received at PCGS and sen

'Cause I'm not receiving them anymore.

    I've gotten no received notifications for a while, but I have been getting the completed and the shipped notifications.

    Check your spam folder. Most of my PCGS e-mails are directly (not intentionally by meimage) to my spam folder.

  • Same here foodude. I got notification of both grades and shipping in my spam folder. I attribute it to AOL.

    Wait for a few weeks, I have gotten them 3 weeks after the coins have been returned!!!
    It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

  • I haven't received a notice about the grades being posted for my last 3 submissions. Just the msg saying they have been shipped.

    I didn't get any notifications for my most recent two submissions. But they are noted on the site. I guess something is up.

    I spoke to Ernesto a while back and they are having IT problems. When coins arrive the system isn't sending notification, and it's not sending out notification when grades are available either. They only thing e-mailed is that your coin has shipped, at which time you can look it up.

    Unless it is a "special" order" (whatever that means), where nothing is available -- pot luck -- you need to wait to get it back to see what your grades/results are.

    The other day I called in check on an order that they called me about, and they couldn't find my order -- not in the system. Later it was determined that they were using the internal control # for that order and it wasn't "trackable". Had to prove to them I actually sent it (they asked for the Insurance # from the shipping label).

    I'm not even going to bring up the concept of when they actually receive the coin and when they enter in to the system. I know first hand they'll get a coin on Wed, for instance, but then when I call in they'll state we got it on Friday and entered in to the system on Monday, so Tuesday is the 1st day for the gurantee image Sometimes I feel like I'm in a Joe Pesci movie when it comes to PCGS.

    I've served as Director and Chairman of the Board for a public company...and had I not been aware that CU is a pubco, I'd never guess it.
