Can you explain how PCGS corrects mechanical errors?

Thanks for being here another Tuesday night.

I recently had to send in a Mercury Dime because the cert number said it was a different coin. Can you explain how these coins are processed. Is it a simple as reholdering, or do they do a regrade or something.

On mechanical errors we just corect them and send them back to you.
