Question about ANACS Grading DMPL, vs Cameo PL on Morgan Dollars?

I have seen a ANACS Morgan Dollar described as cameo proof like. Can someone tell me what the difference is between this designation and Deep Mirror Prooflike?

Just like proof coins...cameo, heavy cameo is the designation ANACS uses. Cameo and Heavy Cameo can apply to PL and DMPL coins.

And yes, they bring premiums when offered for sale.
