Different submissions, same box, what to mark on the outside??

I knwo we have discussed this many times already, but I have an express, december special, and vintage common order going in. DO I mark all of these on the outside???? Flame on!

edit: But I must use seperate invoices?

Semms like evry submission I need to ask every question again, hopefully I will know now!image

  • I'd put the December special on the outside. That way all submissions are opened at once.
I sent in a November $5 special with a standard 30 day in the same box and put Nov. Special on the outside.
Both submissions were entered on the same day. I got the 30 day one back soonest though (well under 30 days).

are you wanting the same service level for each submission?

when i have sent multiple submissions, i have sent them in the same box and separated each submission in the box with a rubberband around the cardsavers and the submission form folded with it.

    Thanks,

  • my bad diffrent service levels as well. Express, special, vintage common. I usually do the rubber band too, but that was for 2 vintage orders pre 1948 and 1953-59. Trying to make sure here!
  • I also have several submissions ready to go and plan to put them all in the same box. I called PSA, today as a matter of fact, and I was told to put the quickest turn around time level on the outside.

I do the same - different submissions all in the same box; whatever special is marked on the outside. I fold the invoice for each around the cards submitted and they stay separated in the box - I can't bear to bring a rubber band within a foot of cards.

put 'Made in China' on the outside of the box, if it isn't there already.
